Arsenal's Hall. The architect R.I.Kuzmin rebuilt palace in the middle of the XIX century for the Nicolay the first. Kitchen and Arsenal kare were greatly changed and from that time in Arsenal kare were situated the rooms were lived next owners of the palace. The created the interiors according to there tastes and fashion of that time. Arsenal's Hall was one of the most popular places where emperor family gets rest. There they gave the performance, had a dinner. There was a wooden swing for children. In the separate showcase can be seen a huge magnet from the Siberia and models of the ships. The main feature of decoration of the Hall is deer's antlers and stuffed animals that were killed during the emperor's hunt. (In 1856 the collection was removed in Gatchina). On stuffed animals were a list, where were written a time and place where they were killed. Unfortunately the Hall and all the interiors of the XIX century was burned during the war.
